These terms govern your use of Muddle, operated by James Simpson. By using Muddle you agree to them.
What Muddle is
Muddle is a tool that helps you track your home bar and discover cocktails you can make. Cocktail suggestions are generated by AI and are provided for personal use only — not commercial reproduction.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18 or older to use Muddle.
Acceptable use
Use Muddle for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the app, scrape data from it, or use it in any way that could harm other users or the service.
Your content
The cocktails and notes you save belong to you. I don't claim any ownership over them. If you make a recipe public via a share link, anyone with that link can view it — you control this from the saved cocktails page.
AI-generated content
Cocktail suggestions are generated by AI. They're a starting point, not a guarantee. Use common sense — if a recipe looks wrong, it might be.
Service availability
Muddle is provided as-is. I don't guarantee uptime or that the service will be available at any particular time. During the beta period especially, things may break.
Termination
I can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Muddle.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
